1987 Honda : Gold Wing

jb_20071030c.jpg 1987 Honda : Gold Wing

We recently purchased this 1987 Honda GL 1200 Goldwing from an insurance company. It is plain to see from the 30+ photos in the listing that this Goldwing was involved in an accident and was laid down on its left side.

On a good note, the damage is cosmetic. The drive train was not damaged and we were able to ride this Goldwing on our property. It is our opinion that the forks are straight even though there are marks on the left tube.

PLEASE LOOK THROUGH ALL THE PHOTOS THAT WE HAVE POSTED. THERE WILL BE NO NASTY SURPRISES WITH THIS HONDA.

In a nutshell what you have here is a low mileage Goldwing with what looks like every bell and whistle that was available at the time. This Goldwing will make for an excellent project bike.

THIS GOLDWING WILL BE SOLD TO THE LAST BIDDER AT NO RESERVE.
DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS PROJECT GOLDWING.

1971 Honda : CT 70 WITH TITLES

jb_20071030a.jpg 1971 Honda : CT 70 WITH TITLES

Up for auction are a pair of 1971 ct 70,s with titles,146 numbers apart purchased from the original owners (father & son). The red unit has a hole in the muffler in usual place, the blue unit(serial#270005 mileage is 2344) has the usual crack in the seatpan. There are no rips in the seats, both start first kick, everything works on both units, lights, horns, highbeams, and highbeam light on speedometers.Pictures do not do these bikes justice I,ve often been asked if these are restorations, these are all original including the toolkits and keys, even the original chrome dealer sticker is in mint condition. Both bikes run excellent and reach speeds of 36 to 40 mph depending on wind conditions. They both shift through all gears and there is no play in the shifters. These were the pride and joy of my collection and on a scale of 1 to 10 the blue is a 9 and the red is a 9.5.They have sat in my livingroom and have been dusted along with the rest of the furniture, I have taken them out from time to time and I always get smiles and waves wherever I go.These would make the ideal Christmas gift for the father and son or husband and wife, great for camping, fold down handlebars allow you to put them in your suv, the back of your rig ,boat, plane or learjet.Due to the condition of these bikes I prefer to have them picked up, however I will consider shipping. There is no duty on any vehicle over 25 years old, if you decide to register them you will be asked to fill out 5 mins of paperwork,(again no duty) and from there on in your local DMV will take care of the rest.I do beleive you will be quite pleased when these are seen in person,If you are not satisfied there are no obligations on your part, having said that I wouldnt waste anyones time. Please bid with confidence. If you have any questions please feel free to call me at home between 8 and10 pm EST @519-739-2026 » Continue reading "1971 Honda : CT 70 WITH TITLES"
